I just wanted to sort of apologise, but mostly make you aware of why there's been a serious lack of uploads lately. I have been writing, and when I say writing I mean tonnes and tonnes of it, I'm just terrible at doing endings, or at least to the extent where I feel like it ends well and am therefore willing to upload it. And then NaNoWriMo came along (for those who don't know it's basically a personal challenge to write 50k words of fiction over the 30 days of November, but it's a widely done thing with a website dedicated to it and everything) which I "won" meaning I did write 50k words. So I have 50k unedited words of fanfiction to get through and edit to make it presentable (plus what I already had) so over December and the start of next year I'm sure at least some of it will be uploaded for you to read, you just also need to be aware that the end of term is approaching so I will be spending more time than usual on coursework which will limit the editing time.

But you'll have plenty of lovely fanfiction (at least the ideas were before I ruined them with actual words) to read relatively soon for all kinds of characters, pairings, and 3 different shows, including crossovers. I've been writing largely Doctor Who things (Doctor/Rose, Jackie/Pete, Tony/Alex and Martha/Mickey - lots of family moments/scenes too and Wilf even features in one of the Martha/Mickey bits), I've also been trying my hand at some Sarah Jane Adventures fanfiction (including some Clyde/Rani and Luke/Maria with Sarah Jane, Sky, Alan Jackson (Maria's Dad), Carla Langer (Clyde's Mum) and Haresh Chandra (Rani's Dad) also featuring) and lastly a little bit of Torchwood but only in the capacity of being part of a crossover. The two crossovers (I'm counting them as crossovers even though they're Doctor Who/Spin Off ones) I have been working on a Doctor/Torchwood scene (which I am still hoping to extend into a longer one shot fic) of a Jack/Ianto and Martha/Mickey double date, and a Sarah Jane Adventures/Doctor Who crossover that is actually an AU/Rewrite of a SJA story (The Empty Planet) that mainly features Sarah Jane, Rani, Clyde, Martha and Mickey, but also has one scene features of Barbara and Ian (two of the Doctor's first companions, they travelled with the First Doctor and Susan) and Donna, but will hopefully include other companions if I come up with ideas for them, maybe also Luke, we'll see.

Anyway I hope I've captured your interest just a little bit with those descriptions and such, and that you're not too annoyed by my lack of uploads, I'm also hoping that I can finish my coursework relatively easily or at least with not too many hours so I can get some of these things edited properly and uploaded for you!

Well, honestly, not so good. The doctor doesn't think she'll make it a year at her age with that injury. So, yeah, things aren't looking too chipper.

But how are you? Things going well? I really miss talking to you.

Sorry to hear it! You can at least do things to make the last bit of her life wonderful, if that's any consolation.

I'm not great either to be honest, for a totally different reason. I miss talking to you too! I loved the way you drew that tiger you poster the other day btw. It was gorgeous!

Right, anyway, as i was saying, I dont know if you've seen it but there's a place called Cafepress where you can sell things with your stuff on. You just have to upload the design and if someone buys it they print it on a t shirt ect and you get paid.

You might have to do something completely original as i dont know where copyright stands as far as this goes, but it might be something to think about!

Your Something Of The Wolf design is awesome, I'm sure something along those lines would really sell!

Yeah I've seen Cafepress, I don't remember if I exactly have an account on there because I think it was kind of expensive for people to buy from. I am signed up to Red Bubble though which is similar just with a smaller range - and better for t-shirts - where I've sold a few t-shirts, coincidently with the Something Of The Wolf design.

I think copyright wise it tends to be okay as long as you make it yourself rather than just taking a copyrighted image and (for example) putting some text on it and claiming it's your design. I think you just need to have drawn it yourself and basically created the design from scratch.

I do want to try and do something in a similar style to that one, for ages now I've been trying to come up with some more t-shirt designs but to no avail. I thought at least if I do decide to do those posters they might sell well - people tend to like posters (even if they don't actually put them up in the end) and some of the designs might be transferable to t-shirts, depending on how they come out. And then there's always all these extra things like laptop/phone covers that people love.

I did wonder if you had heard of it! It is quite expensive, I suppose it depends on how many people are happy to pay for it! but if you've found somewhere cheaper then great! and i think i get the copyright thing now!

Well, I'm writing a book, so if i ever finish it and it's good enough to publish you can see if you can come up with anything and we can sell it as official merch!

There's quite a few sites like that I think. I did a big search because someone asked if I was selling it on a t-shirt so I went looking for the cheapest place. I've sold a grand total of 15 t-shirts, which really makes me think I should do more designs to get noticed and also more sales.

My dad says you should think about selling it in Kindle format (at least at first) because you don't have to go through publishers and also you get a higher percentage back because they aren't having to print it so that reduces costs. But yeah I would definitely be up for that if you get it done. What's it about? I'd certainly be happy to help with proof reading and such too if you need.
